Top this banana cake recipe with cream cheese frosting and extra bananas and serve! Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 46 minutes This was the best banana cake I have ever had. It is so moist, light and fluffy. I did add 1/2 TBS of cinnamon and instead of using sour milk I used 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup milk. This was so good plain I didn't even bother frosting it. Thanks for the recipe.
